A development of 125 houses designed to cater to both the public and private markets.
Meadow brome, Douglas, Cork
An 81-unit development created in partnership with Cork City Council, providing new affordable homes for first-time buyers, as well as accessible units for elderly residents looking to downsize to more efficient and secure living spaces.
The Bell Tower, Carrigtwohill, Cork
A project featuring 38 apartments and a coffee shop, developed with Cork County Council to address the needs of the cost rental sector.
Melbourn Point, Bishopstown, Cork City
A 350-bed student accommodation complex, complete with recreational areas, a gymnasium, and laundry services. This project was built in partnership with Harrison Street Global, an American fund managing over $100 billion in assets.
